As an employee at Polaris Industries, I joined Slingshot as a Design Engineer one year prior to its public debut and 11 years later ended my career as a Program Leader for a 3yr $23M program. As a co-founder of Infusion Artisan Beverages, I helped my wife launch a part-time nitrogen-infused craft beverage business in 2019, innovated the state’s only nitro coffee delivery service to navigate covid, and now 5 years later we sustainably operate the coffee shop within our church.My leadership is positive and encouraging.
