Each part I owned involved managing styling, system integration, prototypes, development, validation testing, certifications, BOM targets, tooling targets, prints, 3D CAD, pre-production builds, incident reports, warranty and assembly improvements. I was responsible for ensuring these requirements were achieved for every part I owned.

As a design and project manager, I significantly changed Baja SAE at Ohio Northern. In my tenure, ONU achieved its highest placings ever, competing against over 100 teams at each event. In 2011 the team competed at all three competitions, the first attempt in ONU's seven year history, placing 5th, 6th, and 7th with a 3rd place finish in overall points. I instilled a legacy mindset by mentoring and developing future leaders who repeated the 3rd place overall finish two years later.

Created a test apparatus to study blistering of FRP fiberglass in cooling towers. I constructed several circular hot water bathes at different pH levels and chlorine concentrations to mimic cooling tower water chemistry. The experiment will run for 12 months, testing current FRP samples as well as other company's samples.
