• Assisted in mega event management like Asia Cup ‘08.• Preparing Annual budgets of International Cricket Operations Department, events and contingencies• Managing contracts and MoUs with players and participating countries/boards• Developing day by day itineraries for the all host events• Coordinating key information with all support departments and media• Reporting breaches of the central contract to the higher management • Follow up of ICC member participating agreement (MPA) deadlines• Sifting data for annual appraisal of the players for the award of central contracts• Making and over-looking Pre-Tour arrangements• Coordinating and arrange pre-tour practice camps for Senior & Junior teams.• Communication with International Boards with respect to International Senior and Junior Teams’ tour arrangements• Coordinating logistics (Boarding/Lodging, Transport) of the teams• Player Management/Managing Player’s Central Contracts• Travelled to UAE to over-see arrangements of Pakistan-South Africa Series in 2010• Travelled to UAE to over-see arrangements of Pakistan-England Series in 2012, which also included in arranging logistics of both teams and finalizing of MoUs between Emirates Cricket Board for hosting the series.
