- Plan and coordinate production processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.- Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.- Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required.- Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.- Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.

- Maintain and share an updated list of customers supplied items with Production team.- Responsible for proper job closing including actual labor hours.- Following up with production sections ensuring that all of them are following production plan.- Follow up with production supervisors on daily basis to get the labor hours.

- Supervisory functions include planning and allocating work.- Making decisions, monitoring performance and compliance.- Providing leadership and building teamwork, and ensuring workforce involvement. - Conducting risk assessments, toolbox talks, training and safety reports.
