I moved to Nashik in the end of August 2020 with my wife with a couple of bags. I was extremely nervous of how things would go as I had taken a huge step of moving in to another city. I believe that was the best thing to happen to me at the time. AR at Glostream now Triarqhealth at the time was a small setup and I was loving that setup. I loved the people, the place and the city. I was feeling blessed and just enjoying the new things. Unlike Mumbai, Nashik was less crowdy and the environment/climate was great. I thought that I had found my calling in life. This continued for 1.8 yrs. As Triarq health was expanding, a new branch was opened in Navi Mumbai and AR was moving over there, which meant I had to move back in Mumbai as well. I did not want to leave Nashik as I just loved the city. Never before this did I ever give thought to career growth. I was always happy at being able to do my thing. I thought since the company is expanding and if I do not move, I will not grow and that was the reason I moved to Navi Mumbai.Having moved to Navi Mumbai, things did not start well. Had few hustle and tussle here and there. We were 7-8 ppl working in AR and now the numbers were increasing. I felt lost. New people were taking over and I was getting lost in the shuffle. I made few mistakes during the time which put me in the back burner. But, there is always scope for improvement and things getting better and boy it did. I started becoming an important player and things moved in the right direction. In October 2023, I got promoted as Associate Team Leader and I felt I earned it. It was great going through all of this to get that. It is always better to earn than be given. I am currently handling 19 practices which are small to medium sized and I take great pride in doing that.I am enjoying my time here in Triarq, I feel blessed and I am excited to see what the future holds.

I joined Gebbs in December 2018. It was a new environment and I was nervous of how things would go. I was put into appeals team based on the request I made to my line trainer. That led me to working in day shifts for atleast a year which was great. I was the top performer of my team. After that COVID hit and it was work from home, which did not quite work for me. But thanks to my supervisor who supported me a lot during that testing time. After 6 months of WFH, I was put on the bench. I had a good time working in Gebbs but I was never able to connect with the organisation. I thought I was a small small fish in a big pond. I was looking to jump ship during this time and in the month of August 2020, I got in touch with the HR of my next employer which was based in Nashik. I was not still sure whether to jump ship or not. It was a tough decision to move in to another city leaving my mom and sisters behind and I made that tough decision.

I had completed my engineering in 2015 and was looking for a job but to no avail. Nothing was working out. I worked in two BPOs one month each and left. I was depressed and down untill I joined health prime in June 2016. That was the best thing to happen to me at the time. It was a gate for me to enter the RCM field. I wiped the floor in my 1st year in the company I got promoted as Appeals specialist. I was always fond of filing appeals. After an awesome year, my client got changed and people around me as well. I was handling appeals for multiple practices. However, I faced a slump after that. I was giving my best but was not able to meet my numbers. That carried on for 1.5 yrs. During this time, I started questioning myself whether I would be able to survive in a different place and I wanted to test myself. I learnt a lot from Healthprime and I was able to connect with the company. I felt at home and I am truly grateful for the opportunity and good things they did for me. But, my soon to be next employer was offering me a good hike without allowing me to serve my notice period. I took a decision which hurts me till date. I absconded from HPI and joined them
