For almost 8 year of working in the bank, I have been in different branches and were given different roles as shown below;1-SENIOR OFFICER – PERSONAL BANKING, CREDIT ADMIN DEPARTMENT (CAD)Retail credit admin department deals with disbursement for all kind of loans and after service maintenance I have been working on below products.SME Responsibilities; Issuance of Facility Offer Letter (FOL) after approval from credit initiation department. Perfection of security documents for facilities and Loans. SME loan disbursement, Case processing in system and move to next level. Funded and unfunded facilities processing along with limits encoding and activation (Algo). Overdraft setup in system. Settlement of loans. SME business credit card processing. Retrieval of security cheques and balance PDC’s of settled SME loans. Processing of cheque replacement (Ownership change, Company name change etc.)Mortgage Responsibilities; Account Maintenance for 100% provisioned cases-maker. Life Insurance Cancellation & Refund for Mortgage customers. Life Insurance Invoices handling. Block/unblock of accounts and transfer of funds (e.g. Liability Letter charges). Branches / Inter department support. Documentation reviewed (Scrutinized) and Loan disbursement. Interest Calculation. Lodgment and Retrieval of files (Conventional/Islamic). Part payments to Developer/Insurance. PDC Lodgment. Property insurance communication to customers-Maker. Rental Letters- Maker. Restructuring for existing Mortgage Loans. Reversal / Waiver of Charges.2- SENIOR ASSOCIATE – CREDIT OPERATION UNIT Review credit approval, credit conditions and relevant documents prior processing Process all types of loans (Personal, Motari, Escan/Term), lifeline, ODs and Leverage facility after proper checking of documents from start to end process; setup to approval until the disbursement

 Handle the hurdles and co- ordinate with sales executive and cooperation with clients as well as sales executives to meet the desired goal and encourage sales. Guide the team & conduct the motivational sessions on daily basis Prospects Generation, sale of personal loan & business loan & achieve Aggressive Targets.  Responsible for team meetings & targets on daily basis. Executing on street promotions, Achieving target on a monthly and Quarterly basis. Building long lasting relationship with the client & working on referral mode. Co-ordination with sales research team for proper recommendation to meet goal.
