 Studying and reviewing the shop drawings, submittals and specifications of all civil related works and ensure the same is being executed.  Performing cost estimations for project materials, labor, and equipment to ensure that the project remains within budget. Allocation of required manpower and materials at regular intervals to Achieve set targets. Perform material testing and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project specifications. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Ensuring that all construction materials and equipment are properly stored, handled, and utilized to avoid wastage and damage. Coordinating with the quality control team to ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Maintain safety regulatory standards and site complies within guidelines of HSE.  Monitoring of site work progress activities to ensure quality of work done, Active involvement in weekly meetings with Consultant, Project manager to resolve the site related issues for completion of works. Preparing & updating daily manpower allocation & forecast, work progress report, and certifying subcontractor progress bill. Monitor the Project Schedule, progress onsite to meet project deadlines, Quality check of the work done onsite to avoid reworks. Updating changes made as per site condition in red mark drawing for final submission and approval.  Assisting the Project Manager during Preparation of final Test Reports, As built drawings, O&M manual, training manual, Snagging, De snagging and successful completion of a project handing over to client.
