In my career of more than 20 years, I have successfully assumed many roles as a senior manager in large and corporate companies such as Henkel Türkiye, Hayat Kimya (Hayat Holding), and Pars Hayat in the fast-moving consumer goods sector.- Between 2003 and 2006, as "Sales Representative" at Henkel Türkiye, I planned all activities to achieve sales objectives and developed existing and potential customer relations. - Between 2006 and 2009, as "Key Account Manager", I led commercial marketing with advanced multifunctional teams, designing and implementing national and global retail sales strategies.- Between 2009 and 2014, I worked as a "Regional Sales Manager" responsible for the dealer, profitability, and productivity management of the thrace region as well as Istanbul, Izmit, Adapazarı, and Bursa provinces, creating competitive strategies in line with corporate objectives, developing regional distributors and managing all sales activities.In 2014, I joined Hayat Kimya (Hayat Holding), which operates in the categories of fast-moving consumer goods (hygiene, home care, cleaning papers, personal health, and pet care) and exports to 100 countries with 21 production facilities in 8 countries worldwide, and within the organization until 2021, respectively;I worked as "Regional Manager" responsible for the Thrace region and the provinces of Istanbul, Izmit, Adapazarı, Bolu, Zonguldak, Kastamonu, and Düzce, "Traditional Channel Sales Manager" responsible for the whole of Türkiye and "Sales Director" responsible for Iran. Since May 2021, I have been working as "General Manager" at Pars Hayat, one of the companies of Hayat Holding, which operates in the fields of house cleaning, baby care, sanitary products and cleaning paper with its production facilities in Iran.I am in charge of ensuring production continuity and operational efficiency in accordance with corporate strategies at the factory, which has departments for production, purchasing, shipment, sales, marketing, finance, quality, human resources, and information technologies (IT) with approximately 1,300 employees.
