Handle the Production Work as per requirement of Quality Assurance Plan (QAP)/Project.•WPS & PQR as per ASME section IX.•Preparation of Weld plan and NDT plan for the equipment.•Review of fabrication Drawing based on welding, Quality and fabrication aspects.•To carry out production strictly as per standard QAP of our company as well as provided by client.•Sort out the critical issues of manufacturing & quality control.•Review of Material Test Certificate (MTC) strictly as per ASME & IBR.•Preparation of Inspection reports.Duties and Responsibilities •Material awareness for job work as per project requirement.•Review of WPS & PQR as per ASME section IX.•Raw materials identification for various specifications.•Checking fit ups, arranging the resources.•Checking all dimensions as per drawing requirements.•Checking welding as per proper WPS.•Checking welding consumable, storage and usage as per project specification. •Reviewing filler wires and electrodes of welding procedure specification.•Inspection welding, Pre-heat & Post Weld Heat Treatment of weld.•To carry out Dye penetration test and Radiography test according to ASME & IBR. •Hydraulic Test, Painting & Coating are carried out as per QAP.•To verify test certificates as per material specification.•Review of welding electrode pre-heating temperature.•To conduct various types of testing of materials as per job requirement. •Inspection during fabrication all stages like raw material, weld fit up and final inspection.•Preparation of Documentation as per standards formats and whatever the Client/TPI requirements.Training •One month Industrial training in Rajasthan Atomic Power Plant, Rawatbhata, Rajasthan after 6thSemester.•Six weeks Vocational Training in Indian Railways, Delhi after 2nd Year.Project/Seminar •Project done on “Pumped Refrigeration System”.•Seminar on “Six Stroke Engine”.
