- Responsible for handling the company's end to end sourcing operations.- Responsible to appraise and improve our sourcing activities by analyzing the relations with the ICPs and NDS in Real Estate world- Generating and implementing efficient sourcing resource- Develop, build and grow a new real estate team, reporting into the Retail Development leader- Create benchmark, and validate project budgets, including proforma creation- Establish an entirely new channel partner base for the company.

Company was a land owner with inventory receipts from Developers. The sales team was responsible for sales of Rs 30cr per annum. I managed a team of 8.
