• As a territory manager comprising nine towns, my responsibilities entail coordinating with nine distributors, each stationed in a respective town. My duties encompass ensuring the availability of products, accurately forecasting demand, and meeting sales targets across all brands and product variants, both in physical quantities and unit cases.• Additionally, I focus on fostering commercial leadership at the outlet level through effective merchandising strategies and ensuring product availability and activation on shelves. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers is paramount to ensuring adherence to corporate policies in the marketplace.• I am also tasked with managing the training, coaching, and mentoring of pre-sellers, sales and marketing officers, merchandisers, and delivery personnel within my assigned area. Regular monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs), including daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets versus achievements, as well as addressing inventory and product-related issues, are integral parts of my role.• Moreover, I am responsible for tracking and promptly settling distributor and market accounts and claims.
