I have a unique combination of working with Public, Private, NGO and Public Private Partnership sectors in Pakistan. My more than 15 years’ experience of working with various Organizations, Projects and Programs provided me ample opportunities to liaise with government officials, private stakeholders, national/international donors and technical organizations for the attainment of desired objectives. During this professional voyage I developed new programs, wrote funding proposals, prepared project reports, met with potential donors and creatively devised strategies for organizational development and program sustenance. In delivering all these tasks I always ensured transparency, collegiality vis-à-vis quality along with financial management and people management. My qualification of Masters in Commerce & Finance, M. Phil in Social Sciences and European Union funded Erasmus Mundus Program in ‘Life Long Leaning’ (Policy and Management) always helped me to strengthen the mentioned skill-sets. These strong academic foundations not only complimented my managerial capacities but also facilitated me to remain sensitive and engage with technical and academic aspects of programs and projects.
