 Designing developing interiors and coordinating drawing of majorly STAR TV studio and office at Banjara Hills Hyderabad. Involved in designing, developing & preparing construction documents, through CAD as well as Imaging in coordination with MEP and structural drawings. Co-ordination with client representatives and contractors.

Responsibilities included the following:· Preparing,reviewing and responding to all clarifications, materials and drawings submittals to the Site supervising consultants, in compliance with tender specification and project requirements and ensure the quality of works is in accordance with the time frames and mile stones· Monitoring and managing site execution team in compliance with the Project Specification, provision of documentations related to the works and presenting the contractor’s monthly valuations and reports· Assisting the Senior Architects and Design Managers in review of architectural materials are in compliance and obtain approval for material submittals, finishing inspection, drawings, RFI’s and all architectural correspondences· Following up the material deliveries to site to ensure the quality,quantity and compliance with approved material· Getting works installed are in compliance with the approved drawings and specifications· Coordinating site installation issues and referring them to the designers to resolve· Ensure that no violations happen to architectural related issues on site· Attending progress meetings with the engineers of Site Supervising consultants.· Ensuring completion of architectural works
