Roles & Responsibilities:• Assist and support HSE Manager in all HSE matters of the location and specially regarding the buildup and breakdown of all the event structures at the venue.• My role is to ensure that buildup & breakdown is conducted as per UAE and Abu Dhabi occupational H&S regulations and ADNEC rules and regulations.• Monitoring and communicating day to day H&S operational activities to the ADNEC HSE management and top management.• Supervising and monitoring safety aspects of different activities on site e.g., Carpenter work, Electrical connections, Steel fixers, Work at height & MEWPs, loading/unloading and lifting activities, Hot work activities etc.• Ensure the use of proper PPEs in the site premises by everyone.• TBT talks and safety induction trainings to all the subcontractors and their workforce.•Assist and oversee all the HSE related documentation including MSRA, JHA, PTWs, Emergency plan etc.

CHANDA/MELA OILFIELD (OGDCL) KOHAT, KPK.Activities & Responsibilities:•Assist management/support functions in establishing, maintaining & improving HSE management system.•Ensure the timely identification of HSE hazards, evaluation of risks for all activities and development of effective tools to manage and reduce these risks as per HSE standards.•Co-ordinate and actively participate in the screening & training of all personnel, including subcontractors.•Ensure that Tool Box Talks are conducted on daily basis and records maintained.•Foster a safe culture by being informed, mindful, learning, fair and respectful.•Preparing, analyzing and communicating safety statistics.•Evaluate onsite working conditions and recommend improvements in HSE methods, practices and procedures.•Conduct accident investigation and make reports, devise corrective actions and monitor the successful implementation of preventive measures.•Carry out random inspections and regular inspections on the site as per audit matrix/plan.•Co-ordinate and monitor the "Permit to Work" system.•Ensure risk assessment have been carried out for work activities.
