• Work closely with designers to understand their concepts and translate them into functional patterns• Create accurate and detailed patterns using computer-aided design (CAD) software • Ensure that patterns meet all technical specifications, including fit, style, and material requirements• Collaborate with production team to troubleshoot problems and ensure that patterns are implemented    correctly• Grade patterns to achieve a consistent and comfortable fit across all sizes• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure garments meet quality standards• Analyzing material costs and consumption by marker planning

• Develop and optimize marker layouts using CAD software, ensuring efficiency and minimal fabric waste• Analyze fabric specifications and garment patterns to determine optimal marker layouts• Create, maintain, and update BOMs for a variety of products• Ensure that BOMs are accurate, complete, and up-to-date• Work closely with engineers, designers, and procurement to gather and verify BOM information• Track and manage BOM changes and revisions• Analyze BOM data to identify cost savings opportunities

• Assist the BPI team in data migration project• Entering procurement, commercial, and operational department data to Ramco system • Coordinate with other departments for data collection• Serve as the minutes-taker during Ramco training sessions
