Converted an 8 person team into a highly energized, cohesive and passionate world-class technology and product development organization with 55 members over 3 years while revenues grew from $10MM to over $150MM and a very successful acquisition by Shutterfly Inc.Spear headed product design, architectural design, product development processes and scaled the org to support a growing user base, multiple brands and product lines. Lead the creation of the agile software development and release processes to enable predictability, flexibility and faster development via continuous integration and deployment. Redesigned the organization to enable a quality and test-driven development culture that has significantly reduced escape rate of production issues.
