As Junior Process Engineer I was working closely with the Design Engineering, Production and Operations teams to ensure process robustness for current commercial products and actively participate in value engineering projects to identify and improve process efficiencies.I was also working closely with the Design Engineering and Production teams to develop new processes and equipment for the safe manufacture of new products, while utilising my experience to provide technical and process engineering support to meet customer quality and delivery requirements.Responsibilities:Filling up relevant documents such as Process flow and PFMEA,take the time of every singolar work-station to get the lead-time of final product and consecquently the cost, Create and maintain writen work instructions for production machines and processes,Training of key process flows and safe working practices all production teamMaintain existing machines and processes,Continuously strive to improve process efficiency and operational capacity,Monitoring process quality issues and trends, identifying root cause and establishing effective and sustainable solutionsEnsure Validation status was maintained when upgrading equipment.

Responsible for programming, setting and operating precision multi-axis CNC lathes and milling machines. Preparing materials and tooling for upcoming jobs, loading and operating machine to meet desired quantities, conducting in-process inspection using sevaral manual-gauce and optical laser machine to check againt drawings and specifications to ensure they were made accurately and to the highest standards. The work was varied with small and medium-size batches in a variety of materials.Milled parts with size from 2mm to 500mm.The machine languages was FANUC and I programmed it in both on and off-line using CAD-CAM software Alphacam.In charge of all issue concern milling department.
