I have a PhD in Marketing and a computer engineering degree, as well as over 20 years of experience in IT, software product development, and digital marketing.I am passionate about studying how digital transformation changes the brand-consumer relationship and the marketing environment in general. I am the author of Illusional Marketing, a book that explores the illusional strategies of storytelling, user experience design, and gamification that appeal to the unconscious and relieve the brain from active thinking in the attention economy. Writing in Inc. Turkey, HBR Turkey and Fintechtime/Blockchaintime, sharing my insights on topics such as growth hacking and innovation.In addition to my academic and writing roles, I am a digital marketing consultant and a mentor for startups in their growth operations. I provide training and hands-on support for conducting lean experiments, setting up analytics funnel, identifying and measuring metrics that matter most, and optimizing conversion. I have also been involved in several innovation and entrepreneurship programs, such as StartupBootcamp Istanbul Accelerator Program, EELISA European University, and Sabancı University Entrepreneurship Development Program.
