As an Admin Operation at Rukita, I am responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of the company's co-living properties. I work with the property managers, housekeepers, and maintenance staff to ensure the quality and safety of the facilities and services. I also handle the administrative tasks such as invoicing, reporting, and customer service. I graduated from the University of Brawijaya with a Bachelor's degree in Fishing and Fisheries Sciences and Management in 2021. I have a strong interest and passion for fisheries resources and sustainability. I have gained valuable knowledge and skills in fish biology, ecology, aquaculture, and management. I have also participated in several events and projects related to fisheries, such as organizing a seminar on fish health and welfare, conducting a field study on fish diversity and conservation, and presenting a research paper on fish stock assessment at a national conference. I am a versatile, responsible, and eager learner who can adapt to different situations and challenges. I have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as problem-solving and analytical abilities. I am fluent in English, both written and oral, and I enjoy teaching as a hobby. I am happy to work individually or as a team, and I value collaboration and feedback. My goal is to contribute to the development and improvement of the fisheries sector and the co-living industry.
