As the Manager of Logistics and Operations for an Eastern European defense contractor, my responsibilities included planning, budgeting, and overseeing all logistical movements across multiple locations, namely Dubai, Singapore, Djibouti City, and Sofia. This role encompassed the coordination of contracts awarded for various United States military bases. Directly reporting to the CEO, I successfully managed the transportation and distribution of key commodities such as military-grade telecommunications and radio equipment, electronic warfare hardware and software, armored and commercial vehicles, personal safety gear, industrial commodities, heavy equipment, specialized machinery, and other related items.Some of the prominent military bases where our contracts were executed included:* Camp Bondsteel in Ferizaj, Republic of Kosovo, under the KFOR Command of the US Army.Novo Selo Training Area in Mokren, Bulgaria, under LOGCAP V of the US Army.* 33rd Air Base Lotnictwa Transportowego in Powidz, Poland, also under LOGCAP V of the US Army.* Mihail Kogalniceanu (MK) in Constanta, Romania, as part of the United States European Command (EUCOM).* Camp Lemonnier - Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) in the Republic of Djibouti, under the supervision of USAFRICOM.* Camp SPOD, Camp Arifjan, and Camp Buehring in the State of Kuwait, under LOGCAP V.* Erbil Air Base and Al Asad Air Base in Iraq, both falling under LOGCAP V OIR (Operation Inherent Resolve) - Task Order 0402.* Lastly, we also supplied general military supplies to the US Air base in Diego Garcia, facilitated through NAVSUP PSA Sembawang Terminal in Singapore.Throughout my tenure, I maintained meticulous attention to detail and ensured the seamless coordination of complex logistical operations, meeting the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness.
