• Travelling to different neighbourhoods to upgrade customers to our new infrastructure. • Providing customers with free trial products of our services (broadband etc) with the goal of selling product; answering their queries. • Set up and demonstrate product. • Preparing reports by analysing the data collected by team and recommending improvements.• Providing training to new and less experienced team members and answering their technical and procedural questions.• Attending training offered by company in order to maintain required technical andprofessional knowledge.• Maintaining quality service and ensuring that organisational standards are met.

• Testing Electronic (Telecommunication) equipment as per guidelines of Senior Engineers. • Making sure that different parts and equipment’s are working within the defined parameters. • Rectifying technical problems, reporting faulty equipment and taking immediate steps to ensure no major shutdown occurs and if so then services are resumed as soon as possible. • Working as a liaison between field technician and customer care by managing 50-100 calls/day and ensuring that all reported issues are resolved within defined time frame. • Scheduling and Planning. • Ensuring that work undertaken by myself, technicians and other workers is in compliance with the international health and safety standards.
