About Adnan Raza

As a Mechanical Engineer, I strategically boost process efficiency, design cutting-edge products, manage projects end to end, and nurture business relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners. After I took over this sub-area of a larger, multi-disciplinary, high-tech research and development project, I streamlined and increased labor productivity of manual chip inspections. As a result, I accelerated the process efficiency. I also leveraged my subject matter expertise in mechanical processes to implement the flip-chip die-bonding process from scratch.
