xstate is an online Real Estate exchange, through which user can buy/sell shares of a property/plot instead of the whole property. At xstate, I perform following activities :1. Create, assign and track tickets on Notion and Shortcut.2. Review and test fixes done by both frontend and backend developers.3. Test Backend tasks via API testing on Postman and curl commands on terminal.4. Create and manage Regression and Smoke test sheets on Google Excel sheets and follow these sheets to perform Regression and Smoke testing.5. Assist Project manager in sprint planning.6. Work with the Product team on requirements specification of different features.7. Assist Product team in writing Product documentation.8. Take feedback from Sales and Marketing team to understand the user experience about xstate and discuss with the product team to improve the UX.9. Track stats/analytics related to Product flows, events and user's behaviour through Mixpanel and share my feedback in Product and Business meetings.

Test the subscription/payment system on Zuora - A service to automate recurring billing, collections, quoting, revenue recognition, and subscription metrics.3. Test the subscription/payment system on Sandbox for Android and iOS apps.4. Report/Track issues on JIRA and Clubhouse.5. Work closely with the in-house developers here at HireNinja to resolve issues.6. Create test suites ( both Regression and Smoke test sheets ) and follow these to perform testing prior to some feature launch or major update.7. Manage a QA team here in HireNinja to delegate different testing activities.8. Update about the progress of testing status in weekly sprint meetings.9. Write E2E tests in Protractor - Selenium based E2E test framework for Angular apps.10. Work with the US support team to resolve the queries of Customers using Luminary, especially issues related to payments/subscription.
