All aspect of the marine viaduct is designed and constructed in accordance to AREMA (American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-Way Association) standards.

2D Section

Taking care of 11 bridges from sharjah to fujairah 2D section of etihad rail project 145 km railway line.Making ensure that all necessary records such as inspection request and calibration records for survey instruments are in place prior to commencement of work.Making ensure that properly documented quality records are maintained as per approved method statement and ITP.Determined and report any non-conformance to the QC Manager and the process owner.Compiling all required information including methodology, Risk Assessment and Environmental Risk Assessment from relevant department and finalised the method statement as per project specified requirement.Inspection and test plan (ITP), checklist preparation as per relevant methodology and as per project specified requirements.To revised and resubmission of method statement by responding the comments given by Engineer.Overall responsibility to get done method statement as Code-01 from Engineer/Employer.

Project: Extending Shaikh Zayed Bin Sultan Street at Umee lafina Island to connect Al Reem island.Design & Construction of project contains 5 utility bridges (Post tension I-girders, Each 5 spans @ 45m), 2 segmental bridges, (Each 5 Spans, Approximately 400m length),precast arche causeway bridge multi span (65 spans @ 35m).Key Responsibilities Included:• Calculating Material requirement, Manpower Requirement (of various trades) & Machinery Requirement.• Plan for budget required for the project and create various budget heads to document and monitor the expenses.• Estimation and cost analysis of different Projects for bidding process.• Preparing Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) and Check Lists.• Material Submittals, MIR’s.• Prepare, document and execute detailed test plans and reports.• Review and approve quality requirements for manufacturing Planning, supplier purchase orders and engineering specifications to ensure contract compliance.• Monitoring the site works and insuring the quality according to specifications.• Arranging inspection of works with consultants and following the WIR’s for approval.• Collecting periodic updates and prepare daily, weekly and monthly updates and Progress Report of the project.• Monitoring of procurement and follow-ups to get the required materials in time.• Identifying the BOQ deviated items and giving the inputs to contracts department for preparing the claims.• Micro Planning: Item wise planning for all the activities involved in the project.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: DCK INTERCHANGE M9 6 Span bridge with two underpass consist of 176 Girders and 107 piles, piers, and 7 box culverts.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:*Supervising bridge structure comprising pre-cast girders, culverts piles, pile caps, transoms, wing walls, abutment walls. Curtain walls, execution & supervision of earthworks activities of cut & fill, subgrade, sub base and base course lying.*Working on detailed estimates & bill of quantity for the material used in the construction.*Working on implementation of quality control plan, approval of materials concrete mix design source and quarries.*Supervising load test piles of various sizes.*Performing and maintaining test records, as per contract specification and per ASTM codes.*Supervising of material testing, preparing of concrete mix design as per ACI and BS method used for the piling works, pile caps, pier shafts, girders and JMF of Asphalt concrete.*Ensuring proper maintenance of equipment including calibration, plant calibration laboratory test results of material testing like steel, concrete asphalt soil etc.
