Responsible for maintenance /infrastructure logistical support. Initial site preparation on surface, which includes various civil works, foundation for installation of DG Set, foundation for Batching Plant, workshop, and installation of essential services, cable and pipe gallery on surface. TBM/SLURRY TBM/HYDRO SHIELD SLURRY TBM launching chamber initial drive and Soft-Eye, site plan, fabrication & NATM. Shaft excavation for TBM initial drive. 25mm-44mm dia rock Bolting on sidewalls of shaft in loose & hard rock. Shaft works includes dealing with sub-contractors for disposals of excavated earth. Generation and furnishing of reports to client and management. Responsible for maintaining safety and Environmental standards. controlling crew and dealing clients representative. Supervision of civil works. First stage track bed concreting in the tunnels. Networking with consultants to ascertain technical specifications, construction related essentials, based on the prevalent rules. Relationship management with statutory authorities for availing mandatory sanctions. Interface with the clients & prepare the format in accordance to their requirements

1. Support the Senior Engineer to obtain the necessary documents from the Roads & Infrastructure Design Project Manager prior to the commencement of the works (contract documents, Design NOC’s) and issue them to the contractor and Employer for signature. Both parties sign contract documents. All Design NOC’s are forwarded to the contractor. 2. Participate in the coordination with the Authorities for obtaining of approvals.3. Support the Senior Engineer to organize and manage the supervision staff, allocate tasks to teamMembers and ensure that the necessary inspection and testing procedures are established at the start of theContract. Work is performed according to the contract.4. Review the Program of Works and share it with the Planning Engineer, as deemed applicable. Program of Works is shared with all relevant parties. Program of Works is adhered to.5. When requested by the Senior Engineer, attend weekly Progress Meetings with the Contractor, to review the progress of works and the status of material approvals and shop drawings against the approved work program.6. Monitor the progress of the works through progress reports from the Foreman. In case of any delays, notify the Senior Engineer for appropriate action with the Contractor. Records of the progress are available and forwarded to the Senior Engineer. 7. Support the Senior Engineer in evaluating and responding to any claims raised by the Contractor regarding changes to the project scope, extension of time and cost. Maintain a register of claims and include details of all claims in monthly progress report for review by the Projects Manager. Claims submissions are recorded to in a timely manner. Details of Claims are communicated on a regular basis to the PM in a clear and timely manner.8. Support the Senior Engineer in the coordination and finalization with the Employer, Quantity Surveying Department all Prime Cost and Provisional Sum Items. Effective coordination. Cost is as agreed upon.
