Responsible for all elements of the Supply Chain: Sourcing, Manufacturing, Planning, Distribution and Quality Assurance for South Latin America. Held multiple titles throughout tenure taking on increasingly more responsibilities while managing a complex footprint and distribution cold chain required by ice cream and frozen foods business, involving 7 Manufacturing facilities, over 20 Distribution Centers.I led end to end Supply Chain, comprising Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sourcing, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Distribution and Capex, with a total budget of roughly $210 million and approximately 3.450 employees. Other roles included Ice Cream Plant Manager and Manufacturing & Engineering Manager at Unilever Personal Care Division. I drove the sustainability of productivity In Manufacturing through automation and process implementation, such as statistical process control (significant waste reduction) and Lean Manufacturing (Planning Integration). Furthermore, I governed implementation of an awarded initiative to split a large manufacturing facility into production cells based on self-autonomous teams. Other duties included overseeing purchase and startup highly automated packing lines and processing equipment; led productivity programs, such as LPI (Packing Line Performance Improvement), as well as Environmental & Safety at Work Management.
