• In charge of the audit procedures and all client communications for investments (including valuation), deferred acquisitions, reserve estimation (including actuarial and reservoir engineer testing), and statutory reporting for financial services clients, and equity, revenue (trading and production), and accruals for Oil & Gas clients. • Participated in the SEC review and audit procedures for multiple public offerings, including $400M P&C carrier IPO, $350M Oil & Gas IPO, as well as a $1.4B public debt float in the Insurance industry and $1.15B Asian-American joint-venture partnership (MLP) in the Oil & Gas industry. • Performed financial statement audits of key players in the Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, and Insurance industries’, including financial statement analysis, annual financial statement audit, reviews of quarterly earnings, and trend-analyses. • Trained and oversaw work of staff and interns, acted as liaison between Senior Management and Engagement Executives, and took a leading role in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and planning.

Provided contractor risk, procurement and insurance interpretation and advise regarding global insurance standards and insurability across capital intensive industries, focusing heavily on the Oil & Gas, Manufacturing and Food/Agriculture industries. Additionally focused on contractor management.• Interpreted and streamlined contractor insurance requirements for clients in 11 industries, including, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, manufacturing, transportation, and utilities. • Created and assessed risk exposure profiles for the above-mentioned industries by reviewing current risk management strategies, assessing gaps and exposures, and communicated these to executive management. • Worked closely with clients to identify the correct interpretation of enterprise risk exposures, national and global insurance standards and contractors’ insurability across a wide variety of risk, including on- and offshore risks, financial risks, and professional liability exposures. • Worked closely with insurance brokerages (i.e. Marsh, Willis, Arthur J. Gallagher, and HUB International) and contractor clients (i.e. Halliburton, Technip, and Johnson & Johnson) to interpret requirements set forth by their Master Service Agreements and acted as a liaison to the contracting entity (client).

Provided first-tier support for all global eBay and PayPal applications throughout their environment in German, English and Spanish. Assisted in the build-up and implementation of the new German eBay/PayPal Helpdesk in the U.S. Applications supported included Windows XP/7, SAP and a multitude of proprietary software applications.
