• Define the product vision, roadmap, user stories, and user journeys for the following products:• Agency Banking (Mobile application) – A product of LibertyAssured• WhisperSMS – A product of LibertyAssured • Oris – A sales website linking candidates to jobs • Working with members of cross-functional teams (developers, QAs) to ensure adherence to product expectations – Agency Banking, WhisperSMS, and Oris • Define project plan and manage project timelines for the products • Providing high-level project reports to key stakeholders and facilitating project meetings for the products • Follow and define the software development cycles and processes of Agency Banking, WhisperSMS and Oris products

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solution• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and finding• Performing requirements analysis• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users• Document Standard Operating Procedures for Users

• Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Processing Units• Review and Upload Service Level Agreements (SLAs)• Prepare Process Maps for all processes• Publish approved Standard Operating Procedures, and Service Level Agreement for Process owners and stakeholders• Liaise with vendors on the build stage of the ProcessMaker solution• Requirement Gathering i.e., Analyzing client requirements and testing before deployment• Budget Management for ProcessMaker expenses• Provide support for users and train users in the Bank on the use of the ProcessMaker application• Perform ambiance assessment on Access Bank Branches (Nationwide) on a quarterly basis as part of the Customer Experience Initiative

• Requirement Gathering i.e. Analyzing client requirements, testing• Validating issues, which are posted by QA and client during user acceptance training.• Mapping business requirements for process enhancement and translating these requirements into functional specifications.• Provide first-level support for users’ bank wide.• Facilitate pilot training on processes that were successfully migrated from other banking applications to BPMS applications.• Responsibility for office administrative work, documentation, budget management, and reporting
