Certified to conduct training, build, debug, and test in the Diagnostics department, focused on testing new products for the next stage (Middle Barrier). Ensure the proper functioning, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment and devices. Ensure that medical devices are safe, accurate, and in optimal working condition to support patient care and medical procedures for clients. Work closely with healthcare professionals, biomedical engineers, and other technicians to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of medical devices. Highlights include, but not limited to:- Conduct diagnosis and repair of all incoming robotic arms (USM) and attachments on the Davinci (SI Model) and ION platforms – up to 5+ a day. - Diagnosis for NPI, in support of migration from Davinci to ION.-Collaborate with Engineers who give deeper instructions to conduct diagnosis, focused on reaching the data point.- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, including but not limited to machinery, assembly lines, computer-controlled systems, and specialized tools.- Execute production schedules, follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure adherence to quality control guidelines. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs or adjustments to maintain smooth production flow.- Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet specifications and industry standards. Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including equipment logs, maintenance records, inspection reports, and other required documentation.- Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory guidelines. - Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and productivity enhancement.
