Account Manager

•Handle day-to-day operations of assigned client accounts in San Francisco, Dallas and Austin•Conduct onboarding and off boarding for all contractors•Develop, engage and maintain contractor relationships•Troubleshoot all contractor related issues, working with various departments to resolve issues•Ensure timely and successful delivery of services according to customer needs •Work with internal tema leaders to ensure customer satisfaction•Track key account metrics•Provide effective problem resolution through taking ownership of all incoming concerns and issues•Investigate and resolve any concerns or issues•Maintain thorough understanding and knowledge of clients, industry, trends, and current events•Maintain 100% compliance with clients policies, processes, and delivery methods•Maximize and expand existing relationships with clients to drive sales•Provide excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills daily
