Ensures the product meets the objectives established from the startup’s inception while managing the entire physical product creation process, overseeing manufacturing and mass production. Facilitates a collaborative and highly efficient culture.-Successfully launched the product to market in two years, according to plan, in August 2022. Organized three engineering teams under the Scrum framework, establishing agile routines between hardware, firmware, and product areas. Increased development efficiency by 40% and achieved 100% of sprint milestones.-Established a network of over 60 suppliers across various specialities, from plastic and textile manufacturing to assembly and specialized electronic design. To achieve this, a database called "Black Ops" was implemented. Secured multiple options per component or service, increasing flexibility.-Implemented a fully functional and agile task and project management system that enabled the measurement of individual and team performance, improving productivity by more than 30%. Optimized the use of the Monday platform and eliminated bureaucratic processes to achieve this.-Successfully took control of operations at Strap, in addition to the R&D department, without the need for a formal position, ensuring the creation of procurement processes, supplier payments, and the development of a Quality Control system.

Responsible for a firm specializing in designing, developing, and engineering innovative tech products for multiple industries, including metalworking, plastics, electronics, automotive, military, and pharmaceuticals. Oversees the entire product creation cycle and manages commercial relationships, ensuring growth and expansion in strategic markets.-Founded and consolidated a tech product design and development company, creating 176 new products for five types of companies across 17 industrial sectors since 2013. Hired an initial team of former students and facilitated training in various methodologies such as Design Thinking, TRIZ, Agile Project Management, Business Canvas, and Scrum. -Developed a profitable business model in the military sector by designing and selling ballistic cases. After designing a product for a client, managed production through injection molds, amortizing costs in the first delivery. This model generated residual income through recurring orders. -Founded an IoT spinoff, Tarheta, to develop innovative products in the agricultural sector. We created a system that allowed trees to notify frost via mobile phone and installed IoT networks in various regions. Although the business model could have been more sustainable, we raised capital and launched demos before closing the company in 2021.

Responsible for establishing the academic and administrative infrastructure for two new programs on campus. Managed student recruitment, faculty hiring, and the creation of the curriculum, including the development of a specialized postgraduate program.-Consolidated the Engineering in Innovation and Design program and the Digital Animation Program, successfully launching all academic levels and a postgraduate program in design and technology. In just two years, I transformed the Innovation and Design program into one of the most profitable on campus, ranking second or third in student numbers among the engineering programs.
