CurrentI am part of the Accenture Delivery Management Team to deliver complex projects and programs to clients. Where typically, I am engaged during the contracting process and accountable as a solution architect to mobilize the delivery team, identifying appropriate resources and rolling them into the engagement and assuring the projects or programs adhere to the Accenture Managed Delivery Methodology & Standards to guarantee the project delivery, contract, and financials aspects like: - Baseline Scope and Change Control: Maintain consistency between the baseline scope and estimate by following an agreed and documented change control process and attending the end-to-end change control board. - Estimating: Revalidate the estimates at crucial transition points in the development life-cycle and perform the work by Accenture Delivery Methods- Understand the client expectations and participate in the appropriate steering committee and status reviews with the key client participants. - Develop a shared set of objectives and expectations with the rest of the client team, enabling a successful partnership between the teams.Normally involved in complex projects for Business and System Integration from presales to final delivery phases over the following solutions:- Tax and Revenue Management- Customs & Borders- Defense & Public Safety- Social Services- Tolling & Transportation- Cyber Security, Biometrics & Identity Management
