I'm an internal liaison and added resource for our Sales and Marketing Executive, Regional Sales Directors, Business Development Managers and our Travel Partners selling and marketing our worldwide cruise vacations. My primary work function is servicing both internal and external clients via phone and e-mail but I'm not a phone actor even though they say I have the voice for it. I also assist in hosting ship tours when ships are in North American Ports and at various product sales driven trade events which is a great opportunity to attach the voice with the face as most of my daily interaction with our Travel Partners is on the phone or by e-mails. I've set-up National Sales Events such as breakfast and dinner training seminars for the Field Sales team which included setting up banquet orders, ordering promotional material for each event and arrange hotel stays where needed. Other work responsibilities include generating various analytical sales/revenue reports for our Sales Executives thru either ACCESS, SalesForce, and our booking engine. As well as managing our Travel Advisor Gift Card Incentives. Having a good sense of Time Management it allows me to do my every day and still complete other special projects coming from our executive team when they've needed additional assistance.
