Latam Financial Controller

Design and management of own and third parties sports and cultural events:- Agreements with public administrations and sponsors- Supplier negotiation- General coordination of sporting events- Coordination of the sports area in sporting events- Business development- Business & financial controlling

Member of the Extel Management Committee and the Adecco Group Financial Committee; responsible for comprehensive management of all types of risks; budgeting and forecasting; efficient management of accounts receivable and payable; analysis of results; Platforms open and close; lead digitization projects, Contracting Department, Cost Control, efficiency plans; Control of Pricing Policies, Gross Margin and DSO; Operational Dashboard design; ensure compliance with internal audit standards. Budget of up to 82 MM, direct management of 11 colleagues. 6 platforms in Spain and 4 in Latam; 3,500 employees.

* Member of the Adecco Outsourcing Management Committee and of the Financial and Risk Committees of the Group Adecco Spain; * Responsible for budgets, forecasting, results analysis, opening of Branches, leading ERP change project, Labor Contracting Department, Cost Control, design and execution of efficiency plans; control of pricing policies, Gross Margin and Average Collection Period; ensure compliance with internal audit standards. * Budget of € 60 MM and 2,500 employees; direct team: 3 Financial Controllers.

* Responsabilities: Business Development of the Outsourcing unit in the Catalonia and Balearic Islands area and support to Aragon and Valencia; client retention; management of income statement and forecast; coordination with the staffing services Area Managers and the Large Accounts team. * €15 million budget and 700 temporary employees; direct team: 9 collegues

* Functions: commercial development in the region: capturing large accounts; closure of regional agreements; implementation of the commercial organization model of the Adecco Group. * For a month, I simultaneously supported the Operations of Adecco Chile. * Functional manager of the Sales Managers of the 8 subsidiaries of Latam (except Mexico)* Budget €200 million, 20.000 employees;

* Functions: Business development by improving our value proposition and launching new services of greater value than Temporary Work; maintenance and renegotiation of accounts; definition of price and credit policies; management of financing for growth; impulse of technological change via new ERP; institutional relations. *Budget of €34 million, 7.000 temporary employees, 120 direct staff, 22 branches.

* Responsabilities: in a context of accelerated growth, I had to reorganize the financial area by creating new functional departments and regional controlling figures, implement new processes and a new ERP as well as coordinating the opening of 35 branches in 3 years. Controlling of the industrial outsourcing business for IBM.* Budget of 50 million USD, 8,000 temporary employees, 220 direct staff, 50 branches.

* Branch Manager of the Ecco TT (currently Adecco Group) Mercabarna Branch. * Commercial and general management functions of a small Temporary Work office.* Co-ordination of 3 collegues.
