Work with Ministry staff and key health managers to implement individually-configured, web-based interfaces that will enable them to access key performance indicators from the data warehouse. --Help the Ministry HMIS team define metadata standards and to establish a technology platform that will support a national level data warehouse.--Facilitate regularly scheduled M&E and data use training sessions for Ministry of health and partner organization staffs. --Assist the Ministry of Health with the preparation of training curricula and Learning materials related to HMIS reporting tools, data analysis/data quality assurance, or Monitoring & Evaluation.
