Work with Ministry staff and key health managers to implement individually-configured, web-based interfaces that will enable them to access key performance indicators from the data warehouse. --Help the Ministry HMIS team define metadata standards and to establish a technology platform that will support a national level data warehouse.--Facilitate regularly scheduled M&E and data use training sessions for Ministry of health and partner organization staffs. --Assist the Ministry of Health with the preparation of training curricula and Learning materials related to HMIS reporting tools, data analysis/data quality assurance, or Monitoring & Evaluation. Moreover, together with the HMIS team, I have closely worked with community health desk to deploy community health workers’ phone based reporting tool, and other Ministry of health units to implement data collection tools like the case of TB, Maternal deaths, key populations, Malaria, etc. I have facilities round table data analysis sessions and the publication of national health statistical booklet for the last past three years.
