As a Sr Specialist for Engineering Sales , here are some of my duties on accounts/customers under my responsibility.- Providing technical support to ensure that the best/most appropriate Ribbon solution is selected- Develop an in depth understanding of the Ribbon portfolio and be responsible to develop and present product presentations to customers- Be technical resource on Bids, RFI's and RFP's, provide high-level network architecture support and work with Services team to validate customer architecture - Interface with PLM to review and plan for customer requirements- Coordinate and lead lab trials; interface with customers and Ribbon engineering as issues arise, monitor bug fixes and track feature development in code releases and ensure that a strong relationship between Ribbon and the customer.- Provide on-going technical presentations to uncover opportunities and strengthen the customer relationships.
