As a Pre-Sales Support, I assisted in developing a Data and Analytics Catalogue to help organisations use, govern, understand data and analytical assets and exercise better discipline. Furthermore, I also worked and assisted in presentations and demonstrations for potential customers.

As a Call Center Operator, I always answer phone calls from customers professionally, responding and resolving any customer inquires and complaints. If complicated customer calls arise, I ensure that I follow up with them after obtaining relevant data to handle their inquiries.I will also identify and escalate priority issues whenever needed and report to my supervisors. Furthermore, I assist the Front Desk by leading guests to their rooms and explaining to the guests the facilities offered by the hotel.Through this experience, I learned how to be more effective at handling multiple tasks at once, while being detail orientated and having outstanding communication skills.

As a Banquet Service Crew, I served banquets, meetings, events, conventions and conferences. I always adequately read and followed the banquet event order, as well as respond to guests' requests effectively and efficiently, to ensure a memorable experience for guests, I also manage and delegate tasks to the fellow banquet service crew, assisting them whenever they needed help.
