One example is when Adolph identified a bottleneck in our design process. This involved some of the design work we do on our CAD program, SolidWorks. A quick read-up on SolidWorks and Adolph found that he could program a macro to automatically do the work for us. This combined with a clearly written user manual allowed not only him but the entire team to save hours and hours of time spent on a menial activity."
