Responsible for integration of new warehousing clients to existing logistics system. Data analysis of current products and evaluation of KPI's both - from the clients side and from the side of internal stakeholders. Extraction of insights from complex data sources.Creation and implementation of warehousing processes required for new accounts. Ongoing development of existing processes.Also responsible for presentation of clients logistical data to its management and executives regularly and in person, egotiations on contract and terms basis, price calculations for new accounts.

As a Product Development manager I was responsible for integration of new clients to existing logistics system. Usually I ran it as a project (depending on the size of the account). This involved planning, steering and the execution of the project. Reporting and data analysis was part of my routine. It was also my responsibility to present the data with insights to clients management or executives.In addition all warehousing sales offers were prepared and presented by me, during the sales process. So sales and negotiation is also a strong side of mine.
