• Since my start in Sadler Brown Architecture in 2016, I have worked on a wide range of commercial and residential projects, predominantly high-end contemporary housing and new country homes.•Worked both individually and as part of a big team on projects such as new build residential developments and one-off houses, existing building conversions, extensions and renovations. Care homes, preparatory schools, office space, and hotel redevelopments. Most notable projects include:-New residential care facility for mental health & sensory disabilities in Langley Moor, Durham.-New preparatory & boarding school in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.-New 7000 sq.m residential development in Ouseburn, Newcastle-New 3.5 ha residential development in Gosforth, Newcastle-New build country house in Ashby St Ledgers, Northamptonshire-New private residential development in Sunningdale, Berkshire-Existing house extension and renovation in Dunston, Gateshead.-Existing house conversion, extension, and renovation in Lambeth, London-Existing office block alteration and retrofit in Balliol Business Park, Newcastle-Existing hotel renovation and alteration in Santon, Isle of Man.

• Under the guidance of a nominated architect worked on two residential projects where I was preparing design drawings, using AutoCAD and Revit for 3D modelling, drafting and rendering. • Assisted the team in preparing schedules and specifications. Maintained project files and documents, helped to conduct site analysis and research on building codes and zoning laws.

• Worked in a team of designers, helping to research products and generate ideas. Used AutoCAD, SketchUp and Aps-Ethos laser cutting software to test and manufacture various house decor items. • Was responsible for producing reports, communicating with clients and making product presentations.

My main duties were to identify the main problems that the students were having in the university and the course, giving personal and professional advice, representing the students to higher instances, negotiating and trying to resolve with both parties to reach a satisfactory compromise.
