20 Years’ operational experience within the food industry, the last 6 as an interim manager, gave me the ideal platform for a new approach to interim and permanent recruitment to the food industry. From its inception in 2005 AIM Recruitment flourished, quickly becoming a go to partner for food manufacturers seeking an alternative to traditional recruitment. AIM spoke their language and understood the food manufacturing environment, its pressures and requirements. Relationships became partnerships based on mutual understanding of what good looked like. Utilising knowledge gained over the years, hands-on and through building relationships with clients and their businesses, I joined forces with Tim Dixon and David Lynch to form DDK Projects. Between us we devised a project model based on three pillars: design, deliver, sustain through which we could apply over 80 years of combined experience within food manufacturing and delivery of £700+ million of capital projects to provide an ideal strategic partner for businesses with plans for future growth.
