- Conducts Inspection on On-Going installation and operational projects- Monitoring, Coordinates, and Reporting regarding project status- Plans & prepares work schedules, according to workloads.- Issues instructions and assigns duties to workers / technicians.- Observes and evaluates workers' performance.- Trains fellow employee on basic operation of elevators & escalators.- Provide leadership and manage the department; make decisions; solve problems; develop unit procedures; develop- records /files; conduct meetings- Performs Elevator Testing ( Programming, Initial Test, Troubleshooting, Hi-Speed, Load test, Features Test Activation )- Conducts Commissioning prior to turnover of elevators/escalators
