Assists DBE and SBE vendors in explaining RTA’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program Coordinating a robust Mentor/Protégé Program for DBE/SBE’s.Responds to the public questions and supplies information to potential DBE/SBE vendors.
