- Serves as expert or specialist for select product and service portfolio- Architects, plans, designs and execute infrastructure-related projects/programs- Acts as subject matter expert for architectural reviews, design review, and technology selection - Creates high quality and creative solutions and proposals by performing impact assessments, identifying assumptions and risks and accurately estimating the time required- Gathers and assesses customer needs, both business and technical- Architects an appropriate technical solution to meet the customer's business requirement- Adapts solution design to new requirements- Identifies the growth path and scalability options of a solution and includes these in design activities- Actively identifies opportunities to assist peers in area of experties- Assist the Sales Team in custom development of solutions and services by crafting technical solutions, writing proposals and preparing and participating in presentations and demonstrations- Improves product knowledge, product positioning and solution selling in line with MDTI's total solution strategy

• Coordinates and assist Sales Team in performing sales cycleo Analyzing Clients process and provide proposal for the right solution o Provide answers to technical questions in a Request for Information or a Request for Proposalo Provide any technical inputs needed for proposalso Be able to position and present Information Builders product offeringso Properly scopes the technical solution required to address the customer requirements, assess customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and AMTI.• Perform product presentation or demonstration• Deliver Proof of Concepts • Provides coaching and professional development to team member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills• Provide first line technical support

Perform pre-sale and post sale support of Symantec product particularly Symantec Availability Products• Consultancy to design, deploy and implement Symantec Availability products• Perform product presentation and POC.• Perform installation, configuration and troubleshooting. • Conduct Basic Installation and Maintenance Training of Symantec Products for Symantec Partners and End-user.• Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time. • Act as team leadMajor Projects Involvement:• Sizing, installation and configuration of Veritas Enterprise Vault at CB Richard Ellis • Sizing, installation, configuration and Technical Training of Veritas NetBackup at Maybank• Team Lead – Installation, deployment and configuration of Symantec EndPoint protection at BPI• Sizing, installation, configuration and Technical Training of Veritas Cluster Server to STMicro• Sizing, installation, configuration and Technical Training of Symantec Backup Exec at Generali• Sizing, installation, configuration and Technical Training of Veritas NetBackup at GSIS
