Greek people pride themselves on their hospitality. As a friendly and open person I feel very passionate about translating this through my work. I have worked in this industry for 15 years, based in diverse company’s such as; bars, clubs, restaurants, resorts and hotels. I always get excited about gaining new knowledge to further my career. Currently working as F&B Manager in a 5* Resort & Spa, I understand all aspects of the restaurants and bars. Training staff and managing a team. Being organised is key, ensuring the stock is of high standard, fresh and clean. My positive attitude has helped me earn respect from my employer, staff co-workers and gain a good, fun relationship with customers. I strive to give the best atmosphere while up-selling offers and gaining repeated custom. Overall I truly love being in hospitality, experimenting with new tastes, learning from peers and giving great service.
