- Supervise and lead the medical team working in the medicine ward, including resident physicians, interns, and medical students. Provide guidance, support, and training as needed.- Coordinate medical care and management of patients admitted to the medicine ward. Ensure treatment protocols are followed, necessary evaluations are performed, and high-quality, comprehensive care is provided.- Supervise the proper and timely medical documentation of patients admitted to the medicine ward, including medical histories, treatment orders, progress reports, and examination results.- Deliver lectures, seminars, workshops, and refresher courses in Internal Medicine as an Assistant Professor. - Development of teaching activities such as medical rounds and examination boards for medical students and doctors undergoing specialization.

- Perform comprehensive evaluations, examinations, and diagnostic assessments of adult patients presenting with various medical conditions, including cardiovascular diseases, respiratory disorders, gastrointestinal conditions, endocrine disorders, and infectious diseases. - Coordinate interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including nurses, specialists, therapists, and support sta , to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal outcomes. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, documentation, and progress notes in compliance with institutional standards and policies.

- Conduct evaluations and examinations to diagnose illnesses, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications.
