As a member of the HealthPartners team, I have the opportunity to collaborate with members and help them create a holistic and sustainable health plan, confidently take action on that plan, and be able to maintain their health for a lifetime. I am very passionate about empowering our members and helping them achieve their health and wellness goals. My role as a Certified Health Coach allows me to use personalized client-centered coaching, active listening, motivational interviewing and evidence-based interventions to help our members make sustainable lifestyle changes. I specialize in giving guidance on healthy eating habits, physical activity, stress management, and other areas related to health and wellness. I have the opportunity to impact our members through different modalities such as 1:1 phone coaching and video lead group coaching. These resources have allowed me to reach more members and make a meaningful impact based on the personalized preference of the individual member.
