I am currently retired but available. 2019 - Vice President Website Administrator and Historian at American Adoption Congress - Non-Profit Organization2009 - 2017 - Vice President, Event Registrar and Website Admin at American Adoption Congress.2002 - 2015 - Chair of the NC Coalition for Adoption Reform (NCCAR). An organization working towards equality for all adopted adults to be able to obtain a copy of their original birth certificate in North Carolina if they choose to do so. 2008 - assisted in having a confidential intermediary (CI) program implemented in NC for adult adoptees (age 21), birth parents and descendants of deceased adoptees. 2010 - program was expanded to include adoptees (age 18), siblings, ½ siblings and other family members of a deceased adoptee or birthparent to be able to use the program.Since then NCCAR has been in an educational mode with legislators and general public along with agencies.Referenced in the Donaldson Adoption Institute research paper “For the Records II: An Examination of the History and Impact of Adult Adoptee Access to Original Birth Certificates” July 2010. http://www.adoptioninstitute.org/publications/7_14_2010_ForTheRecordsII.pdf1998 - 2016 - President of Computer Magic Services, Inc. (CMSI) which expanded to CMSI Productions. CMSI Productions worked on a documentaries of adopted adults.
