－Convert leads into real business using resources available; －Develop key clients, i.e. Adidas, Casio, Swatch, British Airways, Vanke, Watsons, Tesco, L'oreal, Dior, Aman...－Keep good relationship with clients for easy communication;－Ensure a clear and non-twisted briefing to the creative team;－Concepting with the team for a creative yet executable idea;－Evaluate projects using rich experience in production to make sure essential margin;－Deploy resources (both human and financial) reasonably when multiple projects in progress;－Manage quotation and billing issues;－Monitor company finance situation especially the cash flow and urge payment when necessary;

－Establish the marketing system for China region;－Develop yearly marketing plan and monitor the execution progress;－Deliver exhibition in Shanghai and Beijing from concept to reality;－Organize roadshow for major clients such as Foxconn, BenQ to enhance sales;－Assist in organizing annual dealer conference for Asia Pacific Region;

Fulfill daily marketing tasks;On-site working with client on tendering the Olympic Conference Center project and won this 3 billion project；Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth project delivery;Develop handouts such as corporate brochure, project factsheet...Organize trade shows on a yearly basis;Establish client database and maintain updating.
