Working alongside the forward-thinking senior management team, I am currently contracted as a Digital Project Manager for the delivery of solutions for centralised data, web pay application and process integration for four key clients.Mandate: 1. Data management & management of data warehousing - engaging initiative to completely reinvent the way our clients engage and serve their customers. 2. Digital transformation delivery of web pay portal.3. Mob & web including, business development, SEO, data analytics, cross platform digital marketing, social media campaign management.Clients include: Just Eat, Worldpay, East Midlands Trains and Mitchell & ButchersResponsibilities:● Budgeting, resource profiling and management for the digital projects.● Stakeholder analysis/map and RACI log, day to day management of project activities.● Chairing weekly status meetings with suppliers and directors.● Maintaining master project plan, track, provide financials, providing status updates at fortnightly board meetings. ● Collaborating closely with procurement and key stakeholders to appoint suppliers, award contracts and manage the clients’ billing and invoicing.● Working closely with the big data, mobile and web delivery teams, UX/UI creatives to ensure that product delivery commitments are honoured, as well as to manage cross-product dependencies. ● Resource profiling and management of internal and external delivery team, consisting of UX, BA, QA, IA, Data Planners Data Analysts, Solutions Architects, Tech Analysts and Front and Back End Developers.● Managing all updates of web content including product launches, AdWord campaign creatives, editorials and implementing promotional mechanisms. ● Responsible for delivering the eCRM and social media strategy.
