I am an art educator with 18 years of teaching experience, where I currently serve as the Art Department Lead at Emerald High School, where I teach Drawing and Ceramics. In addition to my teaching duties, I coordinate student interventions and am pursuing my preliminary administrative credential through the Contra Costa Department of Education.Over the past decade, I had the privilege of coordinating the Public Art and Design Academy (PADA) at Liberty High School, building a strong partnership with the City of Brentwood. Together, we engaged students in real-world public art projects that took them through a year-long design, approval, and build process.
